Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Lively place, it was fairly clean and had very amiable and efficient staff with excellent service. The location was excellent and nice, very close to the main bus terminal, the center of the town, and the grounds and next to Hacivat Shop Art Center we wanted to see.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The traditional Ottoman style gave it a unique charm, taking us back to another century. The staff were incredibly professional and made us feel right at home. The rooms may have had furniture from the past century, but they were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The beautiful garden with its green grass, trees, and leisure benches added to the overall serene atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with shops and eating places just a 5-minute walk away.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

This is the most wonderful place, hidden in the heart of the town centre, with beautiful rooms, a beautiful coutyard, fantastic warm genuine hospitality and we can't wait to come back for another stay. We were treated as guests and not bogged down in stupid rules and regulations. We felt comfortable to use all the facilities on offer, and loved the fact that despite being in the heart of the city, the ambiance was one of peace and quiet. The owners have created something unique, and easily beats all of the all-inclusive or 5 star hotels nearby.
everything was perfect! (yes, We can't complain about anything). Really special place, come see for yourselves.

It was the most unusual hotel we have ever been to, in at least 40 years..it is an oases in the middle of "mad" kusadasi. The staff, manager and people connected to this hotel went out of their way to make sure you had a 1st class holiday. There are gardens, patios etc to sit around and you actually meet and talk to other guests from all over the world...so relaxed. The best holiday any one could hope for......keep it up.....will be back
One problem.....a " very" load call to prayer goes off at 4am for about 20/30 mins, then its back to sleep but hey...its a muslim country. No other dislikes

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Konak in Kusadasi. The location was excellent, with the city center and marina just a short walk away. The hotel's courtyard was beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The room I stayed in was extremely clean, and the towels were incredibly soft. The father and son team who managed the hotel were amazing, always there to assist and provide helpful recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the lovely breakfast by the pool and the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a great opportunity to mingle with other travelers. Despite not taking their pre-packaged tour, the staff went above and beyond in giving us tips on how to explore Ephesus on our own. Though there were minor issues with the air conditioning and the lack of private balcony, the overall experience was delightful. I highly recommend Villa Konak for a memorable stay in Kusadasi.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel amidst other historic buildings. It has been lovingly restored and is conveniently located to the center of town. An afternoon tea is served every afternoon at five and a hearty Turkish breakfast, with the addition of somel more western offerings is served in a nice setting with a fireplace. We enthusiastically recommend this lovely hotel!

I had an excellent experience at a charming hotel with a traditional Ottoman style. The atmosphere felt like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts. The staff were professional and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location was convenient, although the neighborhood took me by surprise initially. But once settled in, I felt safe and enjoyed exploring the local area. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this unique and authentic hotel.

Great staff, always happy to help and took care of our needs. Located close to attractions and public transport. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to choose from. Overall a delightful place to stay.
The room was quite small and cramped for four people, and the bedding was a bit uncomfortable. , the noise from the nearby nightlife could be heard even with the windows shut.

Villa Konak is an awesome place to stay with nicely decorated rooms and facilities. Owners and hotel staff was friendly, and also hotel customers were classy, we were very comfortable about people around. Breakfast is served with quality. We were totally satisfied with clean rooms. Quality/Price ratio is higher then you can expect.
Hotel is in center of Kusadasi, with car it is hard to reach the facility, but parking is not a big problem. You can't go to beach by walking. Overall quality of Villa Konak supresses those minor issues.
